Meet the Provider

Jackie Audi, PMHNP is an ANCC Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences with a BS in Health Psychology, and obtained her BS in Nursing and MS in Nursing from MGH Institute of Health Professions. She has worked in a variety of settings, including inpatient, outpatient and residential levels of care, working with patients across the lifespan.

Jackie’s primary focus is a collaborative relationship with her patients, and a “pills and skills” trauma informed and culturally competent approach. She provides medication management services and/or psychotherapy, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy via telemedicine to patients in Massachusetts.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

  • Evidence-based approaches for managing anxiety and mood disorders such as generalized anxiety (GAD), social anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and major depressive disorder (MDD).

  • As a lifespan provider, Jackie has an interest in working with school aged clients and their families to better help navigate academic settings and improve general quality of life through education and medication management for neurodevelopmental disorders such as ADHD, ASD, dyslexia, dysgraphia and other co-morbidities. DBH does not provide formal neuropsychological testing at this time.

  • After completing trainings through Postpartum Support International (PSI), as well as having two kids of her own, Jackie has a special interest in caring for the mental health of mothers. Conditions Jackie enjoys helping with are PMS/PMDD, perinatal depression, postpartum depression, perinatal anxiety, postpartum anxiety and maternal executive dysfunction concerns.

  • If you have struggled with medication, your genes may be a contributing factor. With the GeneSight test, your genetic makeup can provide insight into how you may metabolize or respond to certain medications commonly prescribed to treat depression, anxiety, ADHD and other psychiatric conditions. The GeneSight test must be ordered by a clinician. The test is a cheek swab taken in the convenience of your home.

  • If clients would prefer not to use insurance benefits or are out of network, sessions are billed as the following:

    • New Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation - $275

    • Psychiatric Follow Up (30 minutes) - $150

    • Other fees can be discussed based off client need.
